– Process orders (Quotes/One time services/Service Agreements/Extension of Agreements, contracts).
– Support logistics and dleivery of instrumentation, handling returns/replacements with logistic company.
– Document cases in dedicated systems and support ISO processes.
– Maintain and manage customers and instruments data base, key role for specific customers.
– Contribute to achieving company’s financial goals.
– Invoice, Issuing credit/debit notes, reporting and sales support.
– Excellent knowledge of English language.
– At least 1 years documented experience in customer service area.
– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook.
– Experience with SAP/SAP Business One is beneficial.
– Experience in accounting will be an advantage.
– Open minded and friendly.
– Excellent communication and prioritizing skills.
– Professional in building customer relations.
– Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
– Great team player.
